"Zos" comes to exclude and "Toras" to include. What does the latter include and what does the former exclude?
Kerisos, 28a: "Toras" teaches us that a Metzora Ani who brought the Korban of a Metzora Ashir is Yotzei and "Zos", that a Metzora Ashir who brought the Korban of a Metzora Ani is not. 1
See Torah Temimah, note 106.
What are the implications of the words "asher Lo Tasig Yado be'Taharaso"?
Kerisos, 9b: It implies that, if a Metzora Ani becomes rich - or vice-versa 1 - whilst in the middle of bringing his Korbanos, it all depends on the Asham - which renders himTahor; if his status changed before he brought the Asham, he must bring his Korban according to his new status, whereas if it changed afterwards, he brings the Korban that he initially designated. 2
