What is the meaning of "Oshek Dal Cheref Osehu"?

1.

R. Yonah: One who reviles him, whether due to his appearance or poverty, vilifies Hashem who made him, for He could have made him beautiful or successful.

2.

Malbim: Hashem did not create man for his evil, rather, for his good. He prepared the food of every creation and the means for it to trap and prepare its food. This is His honor! However, it is hard for man to get his food, and there are poor and downtrodden who do not get their food. Therefore, He put in man's nature to help his colleague - "Ashir va'Rash Nifgashu Ose Chulam Hashem" (22:2). The poor works for the rich, who has much work to do and he needs workers. The Evyon gets Tzedakah for a free gift. One who is Oshek the poor and does not pay him his wage, he reviles his Maker, as if He created him for evil, and he will not get his needed food. The One who gives life, He gives food.

Whom does he honor?

1.

R. Yonah: Hashem (if he honors the poor). Malbim - this is His honor, for He created rich and poor, that the rich will give Tzedakah and fulfill Hashem's Mitzvah. It is His honor that He did not create anything for naught!
