What is the meaning of "ha'Lo Yis'u Choreshei Ra"?

1.

R. Yonah #1: People with evil thoughts, when they see the poverty of the humble, they disgrace them, and say 'if Hashem desired him, this would not occur to him.' So Iyov's friends said "Al Asher Lo Matz'u Ma'aneh va'Yarshi'u Es Iyov", "Ki Lo Dibartem Elai Nechonah k'Avdi Iyov" (Iyov 32:3, 42:7).

2.

R. Yonah #2: People who counsel evil, they cause their colleagues to sin. In the end, also they will stray and stumble in sin - anyone who makes the Rabim sin, they do not give to him opportunity to repent.

3.

Malbim: Choresh is one who silently plans to do something, and no one knows. Those who Choresh evil, they stray, for one who strays from the path where people see, they will guide him to the straight path. However, Choreshei Ra are covert. They veer from the way of Chachmah to a crooked path. No one sees them to return them to the [straight] path.

What is the connection of Chesed and Emes to Choreshei Tov?

1.

Malbim: Those who plan good and hide their deeds, this is due to Chesed and Emes. One who does good openly looks forward to reward, or honor. One who benefits his colleague covertly does not anticipate retribution, because Chesed and Emes overpower in his Nefesh, i.e. Chesed not for reward.
