Why is Your name a reason not to despise?
Rashi: You are called Rachum (merciful).
Malbim: There should not be Chilul of Your name - "what will You do for Your great name, which is joined to our name?" (Yehoshua 7:19).
What is "Kisei Kevodecha"?
Rashi: It is the Beis ha'Mikdash. Malbim - "Kisei Kevod Marom me'Rishon Mekom Mikdashenu" (17:12). This corresponds to "Im b'Tziyon Ga'alah Nafshecha" (verse 19).
Rashi citing a Midrash: Yisrael 1 are engraved on the Kisei ha'Kavod.
Radak: It is Yerushalayim.
I did not find this. Midrash Agadah (Bereishis 28:12) says that Yakov's image is carved on it.
What would befoul Kisei ha'Kavod?
Radak: If You will cast it (Yerushalayim) to the ground, and its residents are abandoned and no one turns to them.
What should Hashem remember?
Radak, Targum Yonasan: The Bris with the Avos. Do not annul it with us!
Malbim: You made a Bris with us. This corresponds to "ha'Ma'os Ma'asta Es Yehudah" (verse 19).
