What is the meaning of "Yomrucha li'Mzimah"?

1.

Rashi: They mention Your name on all their evil thoughts, and call (attribute) Your Divinity on their gods.

2.

Radak #1: They speak about You based on their evil thoughts, which is evil about You. The Aleph in "Yomrucha" is omitted, like "vela'Amasa Tomeru" (Shmuel II, 19:14).

3.

Radak #2: "Li'Mzimah" is like "Ki Zimah Arus" (Hoshe'a 6:9), abomination.

4.

Malbim: Because they do not see You punish Resha'im, Your enemies praise You to justify themselves. They say that You cannot know worldly matters and oversee them, for this contradicts Your unchanging unity, or it is below Your honor to oversee lower beings. This is in order to do evil; they say that there is no judgment and no Judge.

2)

2.

Radak #2: Nasu is Pa'ul conjugation. Your name is mentioned in their mouths in vain. "Arecha" is a euphemism for Your name.

Malbim: You are elevated in the mindset of the Resha'im via empty claims against Your knowledge and Hashgachah.
