Rashi: They brought Bikurim at one time. I fixed the time for each matter 1 .

Ibn Ezra: I commanded them to bring Bikurim to Beis Hashem.

Malbim: After he fixed what they accepted with a Shevu'ah (10:30-37), since they swore also about Korban ha'Etzim and Bikurim, he fixed also these.
