Rashi: Resha'im will miscalculate, and when the time passes, they will say that there will not be a Ge'ulah.

Malbim: There will be Resha'im who will not repent. They will do evil, to go to fight in the war of Gog and Magog. They will not understand Hashem's actions.

Rashi: The calculations, when the Ketz comes.

Malbim: Hashem's actions, and the Emes.
