What is the meaning of "Tov Yafik Ratzon me'Hashem"?

Rashi: A good person brings satisfaction out of Hashem, to bring good to the world.

R. Yonah: Tov is one who has a good heart. His intent is accepted and good. Hashem desires such people.

Malbim: An Ish Tov does not have Mezimos (thoughts to harm others). He only tries that his deeds be pleasing to Hashem - "Gol El Hashem Ma'asecha 1 v'Yikonu Machshevosecha" (16:3). Hashem will establish his thoughts for what is pleasing to Him. Ratzon is what one wants because it is proper, straight and good. Attaining Ratzon from Hashem means that Hashem desires him for he is worthy. One who is Tov, he prepares his thoughts so Hashem will have Ratzon for them. He does not plot evil.

It seems that the text should say so. Our texts say "Gol Al Hashem Darkecha" (Tehilim 37:5), but there it does not say v'Yikonu Machshevosecha. (PF)

What is the meaning of "v'Ish Mezimos Yarshi'a"?

Rashi: One who plots, he makes people liable and brings evil - "v'Chotei Echad Ye'abed Tovas Harbeh" (Koheles 9:18).

R. Yonah: One with bad intents, he is liable in his judgment. Hashem will not go beyond the letter of the law for him, for Shamayim hates one with bad intents. Mezimos can refer to lustful and sinful thoughts. The Targum of "Zimah Hi" (Vayikra 18:17) is 'Atzas Chata'in Hi.' We find "Zomem Rasha la'Tzadik" (Tehilim 37:12).

Malbim: Zomem refers to deep thoughts how to do or derive something. It can be in matters of Chachmah, or plotting evil against his colleague. The latter is called Ba'al Mezimos 1 . If Yarshi'a is Po'el Omed (the action applies only to the subject), it means his evil overpowered so much that he harms others via it. 'Rasha' includes Bein Adam la'Makom and Bein Adam l'Chavero. Marshi'a does evil to his colleague.
