Why does it say "Yemin Hashem Romemah"?

1.

Rashi citing Midrash Agadah: Hashem created upper beings with His right hand, therefore Misah does not apply to them. (It applies to lower beings, which were created with His left hand) - "Af Yadi Yasdah Eretz vi'Ymini Tipechah Shamayim" (Yeshayah 48:13).

2.

Radak: His right hand never falters, unlike that of Giborim and Nedivim. His right hand is always elevated.

3.

Malbim: His right hand is raised over the enemy and begins to overpower them.

What is the meaning of "Osah Chayil" in this verse?

1.

Rashi citing Midrash Agadah: Hashem will make Chayalos (legions) of Tzadikim in the future and revive them, and they will live forever (since this was via His right hand) - "Lo Amus Ki Echyeh" (17).

2.

Radak: It is repeated to strengthen the matter; there is no strength and wealth that is not from Him.

3.

Malbim: He already overpowered with His legions and cut off the entire camp [of Ashur].
