Radak: They are elevated over all nations when they do His will. And so in the future, they will be above all nations.

Malbim: This is a bigger Chidush than "Im Nedivim." It is easy that they will honor him if he goes to a place where they do not know that he used to be at the lowest level. Hashem will raise them to the highest level, even among those who know their past!
