Why does it say here Adad, with an Aleph? Everywhere else, it is spelled with a Hei!

Radak: Aleph, Hei, Vov and Yud are interchangeable. We find that Yishai is called Ishai, with an Aleph (Divrei ha'Yamim I, 2:12-13).
