Malbim: No one else helps me against Sar Yavan to defeat him, and I should be the Ma'atzil on these kings, because it was decreed, and he has help from above. Only Micha'el, Sar Yisrael, can help, to ensure that Sar Yavan not eradicate Yisrael. He can save miraculously, not via the king, to overcome his Sar and reverse his heart for good. Ibn Ezra: The third world is under the Raki'a. It has bodies - some have Neshamos, Ruchos and Nefashos. It was created for man; his Neshamah is tied to supreme Neshamos.
