Rashi: No. Only the previous Korbanos were all Kodshei Kodshim which could only be eaten in the Azarah; 1 as opposed to the Chazeh ve'Shok of the Shelamim, which are Kodshim Kalim and which may therefore be eaten anywhere within Machaneh Yisrael, and which only require a warning to eat them in a Tahor location within the camp. 2

The Gemara in Zevachim, 55a explains that "Makom Tahor" implies that that it is still partially Tamei ? the Nachaneh Yisrael which is Tamei for Metzora'im to enter but Tahor for Zavim.
