Why did he say "Tzadikim Atem"?

1.

Rashi: You consider yourselves Tzadikim, and that I am a Rasha, for I killed the king. Who killed these people? I did not! You should know - the one who killed them is a Tzadik; he fulfilled Hashem's Mitzvah.

2.

Radak: You are not liable for these people's blood. Will you say that I did evil and rebelled against my master and killed him? I did not kill these people, rather, the city leaders killed them, and they did not want to make war with them. You can understand that it was from Hashem. I and you are Tzadikim (blameless) for the blood of all Beis Achav.

3.

Malbim: The law is, if I say 'give one of you, and we will kill him; if not, we will kill all of you', they must all be killed, and not hand over, unless he is Chayav Misah, like Sheva ben Bichri. If so, who killed them, and you are Tzadikim (blameless)?
