What is the meaning of "Yenase'uhu"?

Rashi: I command people of his place to give gifts to him, and elevate him with silver and gold, property and animals so he can ascend to Yerushalayim, with the Nedavah that people of his place volunteered towards building the Bayis. Some Goyim donated for the Mikdas-h.

Ibn Ezra: Via giving to him gifts, they will elevate him, for an Oni is lowly.

Malbim: They should raise his Ru'ach (spirit), and also financially.
