What is the meaning of "ha'Samta Libecha Al Avdi Iyov"?
Rashi: Why do you want to prosecute against him?
Devar Eliyahu: We infer that until Hashem said so, the Satan had no prosecution.
Malbim: Hashem enabled man's form to rule over his physicality, and then there is no lack in him. Iyov does so, so you have no authority over him!
What is the significance of "Ein Kamohu Ish Tam v'Yashar vi'Yrei Elokim v'Sar me'Ra"?
Rashi (12): Tam v'Yashar is complete in his deeds.
Devar Eliyahu: There is no one like him in these six ways - Ein Kamohu 1 , Ish (great and famous), Tam, Yashar Yarei Elokim and Sar me'Ra. This is why Iyov screamed so much over his afflictions - he knew that he did not sin at all! After Hashem showed him that He judged him properly, he offered Korbanos, prayed and mourned that he had complained groundlessly.
I do not understand why Ein Kamohu is counted among the ways in which no one is like him. (PF)
