Radak: No one is concerned for spilled earth. So their blood will be spilled greatly, without compassion.

Rashi: Their flesh. In Arabic, flesh is called Lechem. Radak - this is like "v'Yamter Aleimo bi'Lchumo" (Iyov 20:23).
