Talmud Bavli (Bava Basra 47a): A sharecropper cannot create a chazakah; a sharecropper's son can create a chazakah.

R. Yochanan and Reish Lakish: Neither can create a chazakah, as the owner could say that he allowed the son to remain there because he was happy with his father.

R. Yochanan: If a sharecropper brought in another sharecropper, the second also cannot create a chazakah since it is normal for one sharecropper to bring in another.

(The Mishnah taught that a husband cannot create a chazakah on his wife's property.) Would you think that a husband who supervises his wife's property can make a chazakah on it? It is normal for a husband to do this!
