ולא כבר תניתה האומר אין תורה מן השמים.

Objection: The Mishnah already taught one who says that Hash-m did not give the Torah!
תני רבי חנינה ענותוני' קומי רבי מנא זה שהוא עובר על דברי תורה בפרהסיא כגון יהויקים בן יאשיה מלך יהודה וחביריו.

Opinion #2 (R. Chaninah Anosonyah, in front of R. Mana): Megaleh Panim b'Torah] is one who transgresses Divrei Torah in public, e.g. Yehoyakim ben Yoshiyah Melech Yehudah and his colleagues.
