If Reuven shot an arrow at Shimon at a time when Shimon had no way to obtain medicine, and later Shimon had the opportunity to obtain medicine but did not do so, Reuven is exempt.

If Levi was playing with a ball and it rebounded and killed someone within four Amos (of the wall), Levi is exempt.
