The following may burn the קרבן פסח שנפסל using the woodpile of the מזבח:
- A visitor since he does not have his own wood.
- A visitor who has not yet started his journey outside Yerushalayim.
- A stingy resident of Yerushalayim may use the woodpile l'Chatchilah.
- Machlokes A&B.
- Anyone who can see the Beis ha'Mikdash can use its wood.
They may not burn the פסח שנטמא in front of the Mikdash
- using the wood of the מערכה.
- using their own wood since this is embarrassing.
- using reeds and palm branches.
- because the neighbors suspect them of taking עצי מערכה home.
- Machlokes B,C,&D.
If the קרבן פסח became פסול on 14 Nisan:
- If it left the courtyard or became טמא it is burned on the 14th.
- If the owners became טמא or died it is burned on the 16th.
- It is always burned on the 14th.
- One must wait until Yom Tov to burn it, since this is the first day it is not in good condiiton.

We learn that all קדשים פסולים are burned in a holy place from:
- Tradition.
- Everything is learned from בקדש באש תשרף.
- Everything is learned from וכל בקדש באש תשרף.
- Aharon's answer to Moshe.
- Machlokes B&C.
The owners of the קרבן פסח became טמא after the blood was sprinkled:
- Everyone agrees it is burned on 14 Nisan.
- It is burned on Yom Tov when it is in bad condition.
- In the Gemara's conclusion, according to Rav Yosef, everyone agrees it is burned on 16 Nisan.
- Machlokes A&B.
- איבעיא דלא איפשטא.
The goat of Aharon was burned:
- according to R. Nechemyah because Aharon became טמא.
- according to R. Yehudah because Aharon became טמא.
- according to R. Nechemyah because Aharon was an אונן.
- Both B&C are true.
- because a כהן גדול may not be מקריב a קרבן when he is an אונן.
