(2) Even though Rebbi Meir maintains that a woman who gives birth to a form that looks completely like an animal still has Tum'as Leidah, nevertheless when the fetus *partially* resembles a human the mother is not Teme'ah unless the child is clearly recognizable as a human (Tosfos DH she'Rebbi Meir).
(3) This refers to all features except for the ears (Gemara), mouth and nose (Rambam, Hilchos Isurei Bi'ah 10:9). (However, the Yerushalmi states that its nose must also have the form of a human nose.)
