What will David command about her?

1.

Radak: The family may not harm her son.

2.

Malbim: He accepted her claim that they may not force her to reveal where her son is, since he is not Chayav Misah bi'Ydei Adam, nor must she give over the property. However, the family (Go'alei ha'Dam) has a Mitzvah or permission to kill him. The king cannot negate Torah law 1 ! David did not command about this. However, a king may kill murderers when the Torah does not say so 2 , if there is a need. I will send to investigate if this applies here. If it does, then you will need to reveal to me his location.

Ralbag says unlike this (perhaps only according to one answer). Refer to 14:11:2:2. (PF)

2

E.g. there was no warning, the witnesses did not see each other, or other exemptions. (PF)
