Why does it say "leme'Ra v'Ad Tov"? Hashem told Lavan not to speak to Yakov "mi'Tov Ad Ra" (Bereishis 31:29)!

Malbim: Had he rebuked him, Amnon would have appeased him. The beginning would be with harsh words, and the end would have been good. Lavan intended to begin telling Yakov the good that Lavan did for him, and end with Yakov's evil (fleeing).
