What is the meaning of "Chavushim"?

1.

Radak: They were laden with food, wine and fodder. They are saddled for man to load them, or to ride on.

2)

It already mentioned (verse 3) that he had yoked donkeys. Why are they repeated, and also his Pilegesh, but the youth is omitted?

1.

Malbim: The reason he did not lodge in the field is because with him were donkeys laden with all good things; he feared robbers. Also, it is hard for a woman to lodge in the field. For the same reason, he refused to go to a Nochri city.
