Malbim: This corresponds to Emunah. According to his preparation, I will support him, as if My hand and his hand act together; I merely finish.

What is the meaning of "Af Zero'i Se'ametzenu"?

Malbim: This corresponds to Chesed. "Yad Hashem" refers to actions that He does according to the deeds of lower beings and their preparation. The Zero'a refers to actions that He does Himself, without considering the recipient's preparation. Zero'a refers to the primary strength that moves the Yad.
