Rashi: They hate me for Sheker (false reasons). I do not pursue their Sheker to seize (prove) their mistake.

Radak: This is like Chinam (they are enemies without reason).

Malbim: The verse discusses three groups. (a) Those who hate him because they say that he sinned and is a Rasha. Their hatred is groundless, for I did not sin 1 ! (b) Enemies who seek his evil because they think that he harmed them. They are Oyvai Sheker, for really, I did not harm them! (c) Those who come to take his money. These three groups come against his Nefesh, body and money.

Verses say that he sinned, for the coming verse mentions his sins! Perhaps Malbim means that he did not sin like they thought, or that since he repented and was afflicted for his sins, they were erased. (PF)

What is the meaning of "Atzmu"?

Radak: They became powerful.

What is the meaning of "Asher Lo Gazalti Az Ashiv"?

Rashi: When they gather against me, I bribe them with money, what I did not steal from them.

Radak: They make false claims against me, saying that I stole, and force me to 'return' as if I stole. I.e. they take my money with empty claims.
