Why does it say "Tzivah Elokecha Uzecha"?

Radak: This addresses Klal Yisrael (in the singular), or Chizkiyah. This strength that you had against the enemy, Elokim commanded it. Therefore, you should all thank and say that the strength is Elokim's.

Why does it say "Uzah Elokim"?

Rashi: The author returns to his Tefilah that Hashem rise and scatter His enemies (verse 2).

Radak: Refer to 68:29:1:2.

Malbim: The verse depicts [Hashem's] strength as something tangible. It says, You did this for us. We did not do valiantly with our strength.
