Rashi: The king will sit l'Olam forever, in front of Hashem.

Radak: His entire life, he will sit in front of Hashem, i.e. engaging in Yir'as Hashem and Chachmah.

Malbim: Also if he will live forever, he will always sit in front of Elokim, in His Ohel, and serve Him.

What is the meaning of "Chesed ve'Emes Man Yintzeruhu"?

1.

Rashi: The Chesed and Emes that he engages in are prepared to guard him.

2.

Radak: Appoint Your Chesed and Emes to guard him.

3.

Malbim: Hashem appointed His Chesed and Emes to guard the king; they guard him, and not the soldiers. This is like he said "Shivti b'Veis Hashem Kol Yemei Chayai" (27:4)
