Why does it say "Yikach" (future)?

1.

Radak: It is like Lakach (past tense). He used the future, for at this time and at all times, when my Tefilah comes to him, he accepts it with desire.

2.

Malbim: "Hashem Tefilasi Yikach" is a Ma'amar Musgar (parenthetical comment); undoubtedly, Hashem will accept my Tefilah.
