What is the claim "Chachamim Anachnu v'Soras Hashem Itanu"?

1.

Radak: We are wise in external wisdoms, and also we have the Torah, i.e. we have the Sefer Torah.

2.

Malbim: That generation said that Torah is given in man's intellect. I.e. one cannot receive Torah and Mitzvos through tradition or Nevu'ah that his intellect does not understand. They are not matters that come to him externally through a written Sefer; rather, they are in his nature and heart.

2)

Why does it say "Achen Hinei la'Sheker"?

1.

Rashi: Their Chachmah is to lie to you, to make you slacken.

2.

Radak: The Torah does not help if you do not fulfill it! "La'Sheker" is in vain, like "Ach la'Sheker Shamarti" (Shmuel I, 25:21).

3)

What is "Et Sheker Soferim"?

1.

Rashi: The scribes of your [false] Nevi'im [wrote Sheker].

2.

Radak: The scribe who wrote the Torah, he made the quill and wrote the Torah for naught. Since you do not fulfill it, it is as if it was not written.

3.

Malbim: [You claim that] the one who wrote the Torah and Nevi'im said that we must accept it from Hashem, is Sheker, for one does not receive Torah through tradition or Nevu'ah.
