Why does it mention that Nebuchadnetzar struck Kedar and Mamlechos Chatzor? It does not say so about other nations that he struck!

Radak: Others were stricken also by others, at another time. David struck Edom, Mo'av, Amon and Aram. We do not find that anyone struck Kedar and Mamlechos Chatzor, other than Nebuchadnetzar.

Who lives in Kedar?

Rashi: People who dwell in tents in the Midbar. There is not a wall, and not a city.

What is the tense of "Shadedu"?

Radak: It is a command [Malbim - to Nebuchadnetzar and his troops]. Also "Charbu Me'od" (2:12) and "Mashchu Osah" (Yechezkel 32:20) are like this.

Who are "Bnei Kedem"?

Radak: Also they are from Bnei Yishmael, like Kedar (Bereishis 25:13, 15).

Targum Yonasan: People of the east. Radak - perhaps Bnei Kedar lived in the east.
