Why does it say "Elai Tashuv"?

1.

Rashi: You will return to your initial honor and grandeur.

2.

Radak: If you will repent, you will have serenity. This is like "b'Shuvah va'Nachas Tivashe'un" (Yeshayah 30:15). The matter is repeated in different words.

3.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: If you will return to Me, your Teshuvah will be accepted, before the decree is sealed.

4.

Malbim: Yisrael say that they want to repent, but they do not know to whom, for the echoes of the deceive them (refer to 3:23:1:5). Ru'ach ha'Kodesh answers, if you will repent, I will straighten your path, so you will head towards me.

What is the meaning of "v'Im Tasir Shikutzecha Mipanai v'Lo Sanud"?

1.

Rashi: If you will remove your disgusting [idolatry], you will not be exiled again. Radak - the prefix Lamed in "v'Lo" is extra, like in "va'Yisa Avraham Es Einav" (Bereishis 22:4). "Mipanai" is wherever they are in your land. Wherever they are, they are in front of Me. It is even more [repulsive] in your land, which is a place of receiving Supreme spirit, and even more in the Beis ha'Mikdash, where [also] they put the idolatry.

2.

Malbim: If you will remove your disgusting [idolatry] and not wander to and fro (return to your previous path), then you will cast off your evil ways and reach Hashem and His good.
