What is the question "Mah Tiz'ak"?

Radak: You should not scream (complain) about your ruin, for it came due to your many sins.

Malbim: You should [rather] scream about your many sins, for they caused your ruin! Further, if you will repent, your afflictions will cease!

Why does it say "Tiz'ak" (masculine)? The entire Parshah is in the feminine!

Radak: Often, when Yisrael is discussed, sometimes it is masculine corresponding to the Am, and sometimes feminine corresponding to Keneses Yisrael.
