Why does it say "Hineni" regarding every punishment?

1.

Radak: I am ready and prepared to deliver the punishment on you, i.e. to bring evil on you.

2)

What is the meaning of "v'Nashisi"?

1.

Rashi: It is an expression like "Gid ha'Nasheh" (Bereishis 32:33) and "v'Nasesah Gevurasam" (below, 51:30) - jumping and moving from place to place.

2.

Radak: I forgot.

3.

Malbim: I will forget you and abandon you, so you will not be a burden to Me.

3)

Why does it say "v'Nashisi Eschem Naso"?

1.

Radak: I wrote (verse 17) that when the Makor (infinitive) follows the verb, it is to strengthen the action. I.e. just like you forget My word and signs that I did via My Nevi'im, and now you despise My Nevu'ah and disgrace it, also I will forget you. Even though I acquired you and made a Bris with you, you annulled the Bris first.

4)

What is the meaning of "v'Natashti Eschem v'Es ha'Ir"?

1.

Radak #1: I will abandon you and the city; I will remove My Shechinah from it.

2.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: I will abandon you, and distance you, and the city that I gave to you and to your fathers, from receiving My word.

3.

Radak #2: This is like v'Natashti with a Tov (I will evict). Tes and Tov are interchangeable, for they are pronounced from the same place (the teeth). Also Ta'ah with a Tes (erred) and Ta'ah with a Tov (strayed) are from the same concept. Also "Im Yinasshu Mayim Zarim" (19:14) with a Sov is like Yinatshu with a Tes.

5)

What is the meaning of "me'Al Panai"?

1.

Radak: This refers to Eschem. When I abandon you, you will be exiled from My countenance, like "Shalach me'Al Panai v'Yetze'u" (15:1).
