Why does it say "Gam Navi Gam Kohen"?

Rashi: Even these that everyone learns from them. Malbim - there is no one to teach them the good way - not a Navi via Nevu'ah, nor a Kohen via Torah.

Radak: Yonason translates Navi as 'Safar', i.e. one who warns the nation. Navi pertains to speech. Some is of Ru'ach ha'Kodesh, and some is Sheker, like the false Nevi'im. Also one who warns the nation, he speaks to them according to his understanding.

Radak: It is evil and favoritism.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: They stole your ways (deceived you and led you to sin).
