What is the reason for this Nevu'ah?

1.

Malbim: This is like a father who decreed death on his son, and seeks merits to save him. Above (refer to 17:21:2:2), He gave to them a cure, if they will guard Shabbos. Here He gave another cure - Mishpat and Tzedakah. The Rambam (Moreh ha'Nevuchim 3:54) explains that the Torah comes to give perfection in mindset, to believe in the Creator of the world, and He renews it and conducts it. Mishpat completes the conduct.

What are "ha'Sha'arim ha'Eleh"?

1.

Radak #1: They are the gates of the Azarah - "u'Va'u v'Sha'arei ha'Bayis ha'Zeh" (verse 4).

2.

Radak #2: Ha'Bayis ha'Zeh is Beis ha'Melech, for it says "Rochvim ba'Rechev uva'Susim" (verse 4). One may not ride into the Azarah!
