What is the meaning of "Netatich Sorek"?
Rashi: Sorek is a branch of a good vine, i.e. sons of the righteous Avos.
Rashi citing Tanchuma Vayelech 2: I added to you, onto the seven Mitzvos of Bnei Noach another 606, the Gematriya of Sorek.
Radak: It is the best kind of vine. You do not find pits in its grapes. This is said about Avraham. The vines that come from this should have been good!
Malbim: The practice was to graft a Sorek branch onto a bad vine to improve the vine. This improves the fruits, but now it is not Zera Emes, and cannot grow like itself. However, I planted you Sorek - a choice vine without a foreign graft!
Why are Yisrael called "Kulah Zera Emes"?
Ba'al ha'Turim: It says "Zar'acha" three times in Parshas ha'Akeidah (Bereishis 22:17, 18) corresponding to three places in which Yisrael are called Zera. "Zera Birach Hashem" (Yeshayah 61:9) is the Gematriya of Avraham, and it says "va'Shem Berach Es Avraham ba'Kol" (Bereishis 24:1). "Zera Kodesh Matzavta" (Yeshayah 6:13) refers to Yitzchak, who [agreed to be a Korban to Hashem, and] was Mekadesh Hashem's name. "Kulah Zera Emes" - all his children were Tzadikim (Vayikra Rabah 36:4), and it says "Titen Emes l'Yakov" (Michah 7:20).

Why does it say "Nehefachta Li"?

What is "Suri Gafen Nochriyah"?
Rashi: It is a wild vine that grows in forests.
Radak: It is a bad vine. It is Nochri (a stranger) to the good vine it comes from; it [appears] is as if it did not come from it. Surei ha'Gafen are the bad branches that one removes from a vine; there is no need for them.
Malbim: It is other nations (refer to 2:21:3:3).
