When did Amatzyah have these wars?

Seder Olam 19, partially cited in Radak (14): He defeated Edom in his 12th year 1 . Yo'ash Melech Yisrael died after he defeated Amatzyah in Amatzyah's 14th year, for Amatzyah reigned 15 years after this, and 29 years in all (verses 17, 2).

Radak (15, 17): There is no source [in the verses] for when the wars were. There is another source that Yo'ash died in Amatzyah's 14th year. Amatzyah became king in Yo'ash's second year, and Yo'ash reigned 15 years.
