Radak: Both of these mean the same, just the Kesiv is an adjective, like "Memusei Sachalu'im" (Yirmeyah 16:4), and it is pronounced like a Hifil verb.

Malbim: 'Rashi' (Divrei ha'Yamim II, 22:10) explained that Asalyah killed them via poison; Yo'ash was nursing. She wanted to give poison to Yo'ash's wet-nurse, to ruin the milk.

Rashi: It is the room above Kodesh ha'Kodoshim, like it says "va'Yhi Itah Beis Hashem" (verse 3). David said about him "Yitzpeneni b'Suko

Radak, based on Targum Yonasan: The verse is abbreviated; it means that she 'stole' him among those killed, and hid him and his wet-nurse in Chadar ha'Mitos.

Radak: Initially, [Yehosheva] hid him. Afterwards, also all who knew concealed the matter, and did not reveal to Asalyah all six years.
