Why does it say "Bein Hashem u'Vein ha'Melech u'Vein ha'Am", and also "Bein ha'Melech u'Vein ha'Am?

Rashi: The king and nation will follow Hashem ¹ , and the nation will be servants of the king. Malbim - the second Bris depends on the first. And so it was - when the king abandoned Hashem, they rebelled against him and killed him.

Radak: They will remove the Ba'alim.
