What is "Beis Eked ha'Ro'im"?

1.

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: It is a house where shepherds gather. Eked refers to a knot. Radak - my father said that it is called so because the shepherds shear the flock there, and when they shear them, they tie them by their feet. [Beis Eked is] the place of Akeidah (where they tie them).

Sefer: Perek: Pasuk:
