Rashi: It is vengeance against their enemies.

'Rashi' (Divrei ha'Yamim II, 6:35): It is their needs, like "La'asos Mishpat Avdo" (verse 59).

Radak, based on Targum Yonasan: You will judge (punish) the enemy for disgracing Yisrael.

Malbim: It is what is proper for Yisrael according to law.
