2)

What is "Laleches bi'Drachav"?

1.

Radak: It is proper Midos. Just like Hashem is gracious, you should be gracious Just like Hashem is merciful, you should be merciful.

3)

What is the difference between "Chukosav" and "Mitzvosav"?

1.

Radak 1 , Malbim: There is no revealed reason for Chukosav; a reason was said for Mitzvosav.

It seems that the text of Radak should say 'a reason was said for Mitzvos.' (PF)

Radak: They are testimonies and remembrances, e.g. Shabbos and festivals and other commemorations. Malbim - they testify about the creation or Yetzi'as Mitzrayim.

6)

Why did he say "ka'Kasuv b'Soras Moshe"?

1.

Malbim #1: For Mitzvos Bein Adam l'Chavero, you must strengthen yourself and be a man. For Mitzvos Bein Adam la'Makom, you should be "ki'Gmol Alei Imo" (Tehilim 131:2) - like an infant whose mother guides his every step; he does not rely on his understanding.

2.

Malbim #2: Without adding or detracting - "ul'Vilti Sur Min ha'Mitzvah Yamin u'Smol" (Devarim 17:20).

7)

What is the meaning of "Taskil"?

1.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: You will succeed.

8)

Why does it say "Es Kol Asher Ta'aseh"?

1.

Radak #1: This is like b'Chol Asher Ta'aseh. Taskil is a Po'el Omed (the action is not done to something else).

2.

Radak #2: "Es" is precise; Taskil is a Po'el Yotzei (the action is done to something else). Via doing the Mitzvos, you will make everything that you do succeed.

9)

Why did he add "and all that you will turn there"?

1.

Malbim: Some succeed in what they do, but not in what they turn to. When he turns to find means, he finds that many of them are not good, and abandons them, until he will choose the good means, and then he will succeed.
