Why does it say that Kohanim are divided bi'Flugas'hon, and Leviyim b'Machlekas'hon?

Rashi: Kohanim are divided in their Avodah, and Leviyim in their Mishmaros.

Malbim: There are 24 Mishmaros of Kehunah. Each serves a different week. Each is divided into seven 1 Batei Avos; each serves on a different day. The Leviyim were divided more. Each Beis Av had a particular Avodah (Rambam Hilchos Klei ha'Mikdash 3:40, Kesef Mishneh).

Surely the text should say 'six'. It would not be fair for one Beis Av to serve on Shabbos, on which there are no voluntary Korbanos! The six Shofaros of Nedavah correspond to the six Batei Avos (Menachos 107b)! (PF)
