Why does the Torah repeat Moshe's response, which it already recorded earlier (in 6:12)?

Rashi and Rashbam: This Pasuk too, is synonymous with Moshe's response in 6:12. 1

Ramban and R. Bachye: Moshe actually repeated his complaint that he was unworthy to be the Shali'ach to speak to Pharaoh. 2
