What is the significance of "v'Hichrati Susecha"?

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: I will remove the horses of enemies from amidst you, and destroy their chariots.

Malbim: Initially, during the war of Gog against them, they will need to tear and raise their hand. However, ba'Yom ha'Hu, after the war of Gog and Magog, they will not need war at all.
