Why is the word "u'mi'Goral" written Chaser (without a 'Vav')?
Oznayim la'Torah: Because the Goral of Menasheh was not complete, seeing as half the tribe received their portion in Eiver ha'Yarden - without a Goral. 1
Oznayim la'Torah: Whereas in Pasuk 2, in connection with the other tribes,who received their portion in Eretz Yisrael - via lots, "Goral" is written Malei (with a 'Vav'),

Rashi: They were concerned that, should the daughters of Tzlofchad (who were from their tribe - Menasheh) marry husbands from another tribe, then, when their husbands die, their sons will inherit them, thereby transferring part of the portion of Menasheh to another tribe 1 ).
Seforno (on Pasuk 2): They were concerned that, if the portion of the B'nos Tz'lofchad would end up in the territory of another tribe, the borders of both Menasheh and the other tribe would be messed up. 2
