Moshav Zekenim (in Pasuk 22): Because whereas the Torah mentions women with regard to the donations of gold, the women did not possess silver and copper ornaments. Consequently, it was the men exclusively who donated the silver and copper.

Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) words "ve'Chol asher Nimtza Ito"?
