What is the consequence of "Ki Einav Al Darchei Ish"?

1.

Ibn Ezra: "Lo Al Ish Yasim Od Lahaloch El Kel ba'Mishpat" (23; one should not claim against Hashem).

2.

Malbim: He answers Iyov's charge why Resha'im succeed, and Hashem does not openly punish them. Man rushes to punish, (a) for he does not always know who sinned and in what. Therefore, when he finds out of a sin or rebellion, he rushes to punish, lest he not know to guard himself. (b) He has limited ability to punish. The sinner might flee or hide. Neither of these applies to Hashem. Refer to 34:21:2:1, 34:22:1:1.

What do we learn from "v'Chol Tze'adav Yir'eh"?

1.

Malbim: He sees all man's ways - his thoughts, Midos and actions.
